MODERN & MINIMAL

Project Profile – Full Bathroom Renovation

2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Condo, San Francisco Bay Area, CA

White but not plain, was the goal of this homeowner. The previous design was completely devoid of character and did nothing to inspire. The goal was also to keep renovation costs at a minimum, and one of the ways this is achieved is by keeping the same layout and the bath/shower combo.

Before…

To keep materials cost down the couple also kept their original toilet and they opted for two simple large format porcelain tiles. This both saved on labor cost for installation and removed the extra cost of natural stone. The floor is a dark slate-like tile and the shower walls have natural stone striations in a subtle gray and white. The result is a space that is clean, budget-friendly and captures the couple’s modern and minimal aesthetic.

Featured Tile

Highland 12″ x 24″ Tile White

The Highland Collection, a porcelain tile, mirrors the depth and color of natural stone. The smoky colors come in a honed finish and several sizes, including trim and bullnose.

Let’s build something together.
